The obvious reasons for the success and popularity of the program are of course the high level of quality in terms of professionalism, education, training and expertise, but there are many additional elements to the program that make it the no.1 choice for dive professionals wishing to take the next step in their diving career.
The course is designed to be fun and engaging for the candidates by through involving group activities and workshops enhancing the ideology of teamwork. The course not only includes the required PADI IDC syllabus, but many additional course components which have been created by Holly based on her extensive experience within the industry, and designed to provide candidates with the additional knowledge to confidently create a rewarding and successful career within the recreational diving industry. Additional components of the program include dive site set up and maintenance, student control, student certification and environmental elements of the diving industry. Although all the components of the course are conducted in a professional, educational and structured manor, Holly adopts a philosophy of making the program fun and engaging by creating a range of specifically designed group orientated workshops; a philosophy that has long been adopted by many diving and non-diving training organizations worldwide. These course attributes may very well have contributed toward the program previously being awarded the PADI “Outstanding Contribution to Professional Development” Award and receiving multiple 5 Star reviews from past candidates. |
